Johan, my mother’s husband, also loves to grow his own food. They live in a different climate in Spain and can grow for two seasons. The 5 plants he planted gave him 250 pumpkins. 🎃 An incredible abundance, which he could share with his own neighbors and with us, so that we could also share with our own friends. We don’t know why, but our baby pumpkin plants didn’t survive the transplant and all the plants we bought died too. In the end we grew one big pumpkin, which is still ripening.
