The Terms and Conditions contained on this page can be changed at any time. You are legally bound to these Terms and Conditions whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions, please email us at action@inlinewithnature.org and we will make reasonable efforts to remove your name, email, and access to our offering and website.
In line with nature is the name used for everything in line with nature organizes, under the company name “Matthias Arentsen” registered in Spain. These terms therefore relate to any work undertaken by In line with nature. We are not registered as a non-profit association. 

The In line with nature website
All images, text, designs, video's, graphics, and service marks on our website are owned by and property of in line with nature or the properly attributed party. You may NOT use our intellectual property in any way, which includes republishing any text, image, design, video, or other property on another website, or posting a quote or image from our site to any third-party website without our permission. When you would like to share our work, please share a link to our website on social media. 
 
Donations
Any donation or payment made is non-refundable. Everything we offer is freely available. If you want to, you can choose to give something in form of a donation. Your donation goes to the support of: covering our overhead costs and costs for our applications (Food Wallet & Skill Swapp), Natural farming, supporting our (global and local) community with food, shelter, water and basic needs, supporting young people and creating more material to inspire people. If you want to give something extra, this is always possible through our 'support' button. If one of our crowdfunding projects is not successful, your donation will automatically go to another event, always keeping the highest vision for the benefit of all in mind.

Invoices
Donation amounts do not include VAT, unless specifically mentioned. If you want an invoice, VAT will be added if you are not eligible for tax exemption in your country. You are only eligible for tax exemption if you have a valid EU tax number (which can be checked at http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/ in many cases) or when you are a business outside of the EU. In line with nature is not registered as a tax refundable charity, although we act like a non-profit organization.

Registrations
Registrations are personal, just as your donation is a conscious personal decision. Therefore, if you are not able to join an event or program, it is not possible to exchange places with someone else.

Disclaimers
We are not liable for any delays, harm, loss, damage, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual injury or harm.
We make reasonable efforts to provide you with modern, reliable technology, software, video's, blogs, and events from which to access our offering. However, in the event of a technological failure, you accept and acknowledge our lack of responsibility for such a failure, and while we will make reasonable efforts to support you, some technological issues are far outside our control and will require you to access support from a third-party provider.

For the most part, we do not process your information in-house, but give it to third-party processors for processing.
